MY MISSION
Together, through the counselling process, we will get to the root of your problems and figure out the unconscious patterns that may be holding you back. We will find ways to overcome struggles and reduce suffering. With empathy, compassion, respect and insight, we will find healthy new ways of coping, build on strengths as you work through the change process and reach your highest potential.
My Approach is genuine, supportive, non-judgemental and evidence-based- the therapeutic methods that I draw on have been shown, through scientific research to be effective in helping clients make positive, lasting change.
